Multigenerational Organizations and Employee Expectations

The Future of Work Starts Today!

Trends

In today's world, four generations meet in one company, and soon the fifth generation—Generation Alpha—will join. The discussion about the future of work in multigenerational organizations is based on research. During the conference, we will present the results of studies on Generation Alpha conducted by Master Management Poland. This generation, which is just entering the job market, has completely different needs and expectations compared to previous generations.

Employees have new priorities regarding their work-life relationships. The role of time as a resource is increasing. Therefore, reduced working hours are becoming a topic of interest and emotion.
The Onet News survey from October 2024 shows that:
38%
of respondents prefer a 4-day workweek
35%
advocate for a reduced workday of 7 hours
only
14.6%
of those surveyed are not interested in either of these flexible work models
Why is awareness of these trends and transformations important? Organizations that want to remain competitive should prepare for the changing expectations of employees, as well as the impact of technological and demographic revolutions on the future of work.

The future of work begins today!
